Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original packaging. Shipping, taxes, and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Within the Continental U.S.
Return shipping is not covered and will be deducted from your refund once the return is received. To help reduce these costs, we pass along our discounted rates from our freight partners. When you initiate a return, you will see the estimated amount that will be deducted before completing your request.
Outside the Continental U.S. & International Orders
We do not cover return shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Once your return is accepted, properly package the item(s) to ensure protection from damage in shipping. Include your Original Order Number on the outside of the box.
We strongly recommend shipping merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or another carrier that provides tracking information and insurance. We cannot be held responsible for damage to returned items caused in shipping.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale Items
We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards including open box items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@ilioslighting.co.
